Then the next week the same auction house, the same auctioneer, the same lamp and he sold it for $110.00. The only difference were the people that attended. Apparently a couple of them thought that it was worth at least $100.00. Maybe there was something special about it. What if you had bought it the week before for $5.00. What do you think it would have brought on Ebay where hundreds of even thousands of people would have wanted it instead of just two?
You also need to look for the live auctions that give you a preview. I've seen some that only give you a 30 minute preview before the auction starts. This really isn't enough time to carefully look over the items and examine them. If you see an auction that doesn't mention a preview, then you need to call the auctioneer and ask him about the time when you can come by and preview the items.
These days, so many people forget about live auctions. That will give you more opportunity to pick up some real bargains. You will find that some people want the items for their personal use and some for business. Yes, you can start your own online business using live auctions. You can buy great products through live auctions and just resale them at a great profit on eBay. You will able to make huge cash. I have done it numerous times.
